Website Delivery and Security

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Technical request data, including your IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested URLs, is processed to deliver the pages and protect the service. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

The animated background loads a JavaScript library from GitHub Pages. This sends technical request data, including your IP address, to GitHub to deliver that resource. Interactive demos hosted on GitHub Pages make similar requests when opened. See the GitHub privacy statement.

Analytics and Cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers or offer a newsletter signup. The Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon is currently disabled. Hosting and third-party services may use technical cookies for security and to provide features you request.

Email and Evaluation Requests

If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any attachments or sample links to respond and carry out the evaluation you request. Requests may include your domain, baseline model, retrieval problem, images, and queries. The request prompt on this site can be copied into an assistant of your choice; copying it does not send an email or upload your samples to us. Your chosen assistant and email provider process information under their own terms and privacy notices.

Processing needed to take steps at your request before a contract, or to perform a contract, is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please agree handling terms with us before sending confidential data or personal data about other people.

Scheduling

Cal.com loads only when you click the founder-call button. Opening it sends technical request data to Cal.com. Booking a meeting also provides your name, email address, selected time, and any details you enter. We process booking details to arrange the meeting you request, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related meetings or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other inquiries. Cal.com may use cookies necessary to operate and secure its booking service. See the Cal.com privacy policy.

External Services

Links to Hugging Face, GitHub, Discord, arXiv, and other services take you to websites with their own privacy notices. The service providers described above may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their linked privacy notices describe their processing locations and international-transfer safeguards. You can contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to processing on our behalf.

Your Rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact matin@hyper3labs.com to exercise your rights.

You also have the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, including the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
